The usual suspects

I paid for something and didn't get it

Open Shop and tap Restore Purchases at the bottom. Purchases are tied to your Apple Account, so this also moves them to a new iPhone. If it still hasn't landed, Apple's own refund and purchase history lives at reportaproblem.apple.com — we cannot issue refunds ourselves, Apple handles every transaction.

I changed iPhone and my pups are gone

Progress rides with your Apple Account. Sign in with the same one, open Brachys, and tap Restore Purchases once. Paw Points, Bones and your Pup Book come back with it.

A level looks impossible

Every board Brachys deals is checked to be solvable before you ever see it, so there is always a way through. Use Undo, or Restart to re-deal the same board from the top. Hints are free three times a day.

Ads are showing after I bought No Ads

Tap Restore Purchases in the Shop. Rewarded videos stay on purpose — those are the ones you choose to watch for a reward, and they are never forced.

I want my account and data deleted

Settings, then Delete Account, inside the app. It removes your account and the data attached to it. One thing it does not remove, and we say so up front: a crown your dog has already won stays on the public record with the name detached. Our Terms explain why, and the Privacy Policy covers what we hold.

Is my dog's photo public?

No. Your Pup Album is on your phone and stays there. A photo only becomes public if you deliberately enter it in a contest, and that is a separate choice you make per photo and can take back before judging.
